As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), of PORT Health Services, To m Savidge provides oversight and leadership for the entire organization. Tom holds a Masters of Social Work degree from East Carolina University. His entire professional career has been spent in the field of human services in various administrative capacities. He has served as PORT Human Services’ CEO since the organization’s inception.
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Sandy Shirtz provides operational and programmatic support to the organization. She also supervises the finance unit and is responsible for budget management, forecasting needs and financial analysis. Sandy has worked in the Human Services field since 1997 and holds a Master’s Degree from East Carolina University.
As the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) , Glenn Buck provides direct supervision for program managers of all clinical programs. Glenn has worked in Mental Health and Substance Abuse since 1992 and has been with PORT since its inception. Glenn has a Masters of Social Work (MSW) from East Carolina University, is a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) and is a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS).
As the Chief Operations Officer (COO), Dave Cain oversees the day-to-day operations of PORT Health Services. He is responsible for developing and maintaining accountability policies/procedures for all PORT Human Services programs. He serves as the Safety Officer and oversees facility health and safety, facility licensure, and facility maintenance. He also provides oversight of Information Technology. He has worked in the Human Services field since 1988 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from UNCW. Dave has been with PORT since its inception.
